I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it? What if there is a problem?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee only if you receive the product defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return the product to us and receive a full refund. You must return the product at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund you the full amount of your original purchase. Please include all names and order numbers on returned packages.

I entered an incorrect address, what should I do now?

If you entered an incorrect address, wait for the order confirmation email. Once you have verified whether the address provided is incorrect, please notify us by email at Shendix@hotmail.com . If the address provided is incorrect, we can change it within 24 hours. No refunds will be given after 24 hours.
